Do you do gluten-free?
We’ll let you in on a little secret… Everything we bake is gluten-free! Always. We pride ourselves in baking gluten-free cupcakes that are indistinguishable from their gluten-laden brothers. We bake in a gluten-free kitchen, with ingredients free from gluten, and our lead baker follows a strict gluten-free diet, so you can enjoy your cuppies with peace of mind.
What about dairy-free, egg-free and vegan?
We are now offering dairy-free* cuppies! Minimum order quantities are required, with 48 hours advance notice appreciated. Head to the dedicated dairy-free section here.
*While every effort is made, we do bake in a kitchen that uses dairy, so there may be traces.
We are currently working hard to perfect our recipes for other dietary requirements! Feel free to get in touch should you require a special order. We would be happy to discuss if we can meet your needs.
Can I customise my cupcakes, or request a particular flavour?
Sure! We require a minimum order of 24 cakes and at least 48 hours notice for custom orders. Take a look at our Custom & Corporate page for more info.
Do you cater for corporate and private events?
We sure do! We also offer custom edible icing toppers - perfect for branding or advertising. Reach out and have a chat with us to see if we can meet your needs, or take a look at our Custom & Corporate page.
Do you do same-day delivery?
Sometimes! We often have spares available in the morning, but not always. Your best bet to get your hands on them is to get in early. You can find exactly what is available on any given day (M-F) here.
Where and when do you deliver, and what if no-one is home?
We offer delivery between 9-4pm, Monday to Friday, within approx. 10km’s of the Tamworth CBD (Area 1 - $8), or between 10-15km’s of the CBD (Area 2 - $13). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
We deliver to schools, hospitals, commercial, and residential properties.
If no-one is home, we will leave your cuppies in a safe place, and do our best to keep them out of direct sunlight. As an added bonus, our cupcakes are best kept and devoured at room temperature, so they’ll be ready and waiting to be demolished when they’re discovered.
You will also receive an email once your order has been delivered.
We cannot take responsibility for unattended products if premises are unattended at the time of delivery, or at any time once the cuppies have left our hands.
