We operate as an exclusively online, small family business, baking a variety of cupcake flavours from scratch, and hand-delivering it, direct to your door within the Tamworth region.
Everything we bake is always gluten-free, but we promise you can’t tell.
Our creations are available in boxes of 4, 6, 12, 18, 24, or even into the hundreds, and come complete with a personal message from you. We also offer custom and corporate logo cuppies to suit your event, and can present them in individual or 2-pack boxes also.
We use an in-house recipe for our cuppies and our Swiss meringue buttercream icing. Swiss meringue buttercream has a cooked meringue base, then we add in lashings of butter to create that buttery goodness. Swiss meringue buttercream is a little less sweet, and a whole lot creamier than traditional American buttercream (AKA icing sugar and butter). If you have ever dived into a piece of cake and thought “ugh that’s so sweet”, then you might just become a Swiss meringue buttercream convert too!
